Spider vs Bats 02

Here's the2nd part to a little Spidey vs Bats pic I doodled up the other day. I love the way JOE MAD did the eyes for Spider, among other artist. (Eric Larsen being the earliest I remember [link])

I did the shoulder and neck especially in a deliberate Joe Madueria type style. Spidey lines and more detail later hopefully.
